  1. A zip file will download to your computer, please open it and complete the questionnaire and then SAVE the file.

Best Beginnings

  • We advise all expectant mothers to register with Best Beginnings.

  • This Fraser Health program provides health services and information to support pregnant women with their pregnancy, and new mothers after the baby is born.

  • The program includes prenatal information, one-on-one support, breastfeeding classes, and referrals to community programs and services as needed.

Getting the Flu Shot

Early Pregnancy Loss

  • This web page will help answer questions you may have about miscarriages.

Genetic Screening - Aid to Decision Making

Iron in Foods

TdaP – Pertussis vaccine

  • The SOGC recommends immunization to be provided ideally between 21 and 32 weeks of gestational age. Pertussis, aka whooping cough, is a transmissible respiratory infection caused by the Bordetella pertussis bacterium. Click here to read more

Virtual Maternity Hub

Maternity providers in Tri-Cities and New Westminster have developed a website for prenatal and postnatal patients. The site includes prenatal classes, frequently asked maternity questions, delivery information, infant vaccinations, and more.

Wellness Together Canada

Wellness Together Canada is a mental health and substance use website to support people across Canada and Canadians living abroad in both official languages. They provide the following resources for you at no cost:

  • Immediate text support

  • Information and videos on common mental health issues

  • Mental wellness programs you can do on your own and with coaching

  • Monitored communities of support

  • Individual phone, video, and text counselling

This online service was launched in response to growing mental health concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

BC 211 is a resource search service for metro Vancouver areas. Resources in your community can be easily located with a postal code search.
